The team at Rausch Coleman is amazing!! I worked with Chase Scott and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my questions, home needs, and understanding of the whole process are all taken care of and understood. He has been a blessing! The builder was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave all the information I needed to make me feel confident in being a new home owner. Any questions or concerns I have had were answered in a timely manner, making my experience easy & simple! 10/10 recommend!!

A nice place & hidden treasure . This is value for your money to buy new homes with reasonable price, close to Tulsa .The staff members are very friendly & professional. Need to be patient about nearby construction sites .
I am a first time home buyer and was so nervous in the beginning but I went to the front office and Michelle took so great care of me, she walked me through the process got me in contact with there lender and was approved that day. She always picked up the phone when I called and answered every question I had. My builder was Jake and he was so knowledgeable on all the building details and made sure top craftsmanship was being done on my home. This team over there are Amazing. Thank you Rausch Coleman!
