I would like to give my personal opinion and experience working with Dustin at Rausch Coleman. The beginning of our experience was exceptional customer service and support. He was very patient and understanding when we went into his office. Very accommodating with my 4 kids, I could tell from that interaction we were going to be in good hands. We bought our first home from Rausch Coleman Homes and had an awesome experience! We were able to get in with Dustin to talk about our options & he told us everything we needed to know - things we hadn’t even thought about! Recommended a great lender company and from there is was a breeze. Weekly check ins with the builder and freedom to stop by and see our home as we wished during the building process. We are privileged to have had such a great experience, especially with being first time home buyers!
