Be careful building with Fischer Homes! They planted different types of grass seed in our lawn and now we have multiple types of grass that look totally different. After many attempts on our part to get them to remedy this matter, they’re refusing to reseed our lawn with a uniform seed per our contract. Our yard looks awful. I don’t recommend building a home with Fischer.
