The noise is tough. Maryland 4 is 100 yards away. You can’t enjoy your deck. It’s like living next to a major highway. They build these quickly. Gotta be vigilant with warranty. HOA folks are not super helpful. The houses are nice, but the service after the sale isn’t great.
