Lived here 2020-2022. Management was easy to work with and responsive, they clearly wanted to keep the property well maintained. Maintenance staff was kind and respectful of our space. We only didn’t renew due to moving away. Community garden is a great asset as is the browns woods right behind the property.
I lived there in a 1 br 1 bath no garage apartment with my partner for a year. If we hadn’t been moving out of town, we would’ve reneud our lease without much second thought. While the Woods is expensive, I think for the Bloomington market, it’s a good price considering what you get. The way the Woods is built and styled made it super easy to call home.
