Since I been here it's been great Quiet no Break ins no Drama clean place the landlord have amazing Maintenance team the whole staff is just amazing I couldn't have found a safer place to live I love it here IHave to give it to Miss RibbonShe's a wonderful person to have as a landlord
Horrible conditions. It’s not worth it. I had a leak for 3 years that never fixed, as a result I had flooding in my kitchen 1-2 times a month. Roaches, they broke my door down to do a wellness check never fixed. It. Sewage coming from outside of the building and kids & ppl were walking through it. If you complain this new madmen will put you out. If you sit and watch outside you will see a lot of homeless in that neighborhood.
If you like nasty grass with dog droppings, trash everywhere, broken glass, rent office never answer or is in office than this is your place!!! Neighbors play loud music all day that make your floors and ceiling vibrate also dont care about the notices that use to be sent out the music goes on loudly all day, kids disrespectful always in street and never attended by an adult whether goin to school bus stop or once school is over never no adults, no one has had a/c properly work all apartments almost , have window air conditi... read more
