Raccoons are living all in the foundation. I constantly hear them fighting, screeching ridiculously disturbing & picking at the interior foundation from inside my apartment! Told maintenance one day when they came to fix something & the guy said “well as long as theyre not bothering anybody”, as if they aren't smh.
I used to live here and the management has always been terrible. The Woods have really fallen from what they were 15 years ago. The lawncare has slipped, no updates on anything in the units. It's sad to see such a great living area fall so far.
