To the women working at the front desk: I’m not sure why it seems necessary to scold my kids before they’ve even had a chance to do anything. When we check in for the pool, they are literally just standing behind me, yet somehow it warrants being yelled at. Yes, we all understand kids aren’t allowed in the hot tubb, you’ve made that abundantly clear. It’s interesting how consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming this front desk manages to be toward families with children.
Have patronized the Woods for years. Everything up there is incredible! Food, golf, customer service is always great. Would recommend for any type of event/gathering.
