Although we had been to the clinic only once a few years ago, we called on Friday afternoon, and were seen on Saturday morning. Our cat is very aggressive with vets and that was a big concern for us. They were able to anesthetize him, and examine and treat him with no harm done to anyone, including the cat. After he was examined, we were called and informed of their findings and the suggested treatment. We were in the loop all the time. This was my first visit. The front desk staff was very friendly, and I especially appreciated the tech and vet being so patient with me. I had to have them repeat my new furbaby’s instructions a couple of times because I wanted to make sure I understood. I will be switching to this clinic. Much closer to home and staff was great!
