I brought a snake in recently that I had just adopted, and I had a number of concerns about her health, including mites. The vet told me there was nothing wrong with her and dismissed all of my concerns. During her last shed I examined her eye caps, and she very clearly had multiple mites in her eyelids. The entire experience was patronizing, and a massive waste of time and money. I absolutely would not recommend this vet for reptiles. Such a kind and caring team! They saw my kitty right away after I panicked about a possible toxin, explained everything calmly and clearly, and quickly referred us to an animal hospital for treatment. So honest, compassionate, and professional. 10/10!
I have always had a good experience with my dog Wrigley here. They are straightforward with their pricing and do not push treatment or procedures on you that are not necessary. The front desk team is always so friendly and I am always able to get an appointment scheduled within a day or two of calling.
