I wish I could give this resort a 0 star rating. I visited the resort as part of a group with the Convention Center. I initially booked the room in July of 2024, I then called the hotel in October of 2024 to move the room into the Group block with the same group fee. They verbally communicated to me over the phone that they would move my rate into the group block. I have a record of the call made to the resort in October of 2024.
