Eric came to my home and fixed the frozen/broken pipes today. The lady scheduling the appt called me to let me know when I was "next up" on the list....so helpful cuz I work and could run home to meet him! Eric helped a neighbor whose water was shooting out of a broken sprinkler.... she could not shut it off, so he assisted. I am SURE your staff is exhausted from LONG hours and LITTLE SLEEP, but that customer service was SO APPRECIATED by my neighbor and I was very impressed!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! My bathtub wouldn't stop running, they promptly sent someone over at 10pm tonite and he did it all with a smile on his face! We are very appreciative and all at a decent price, too! Will definitely be calling again and referring friends when in need.
Love these guys!! Use them for everything I need plumbing related from bathrooms to kitchens to water heaters to the plumbing on the outside of our house. They got us covered!!!
