I was not impressed with the staff or care my grandparents received at this facility. There were so many wrongs to even begin to list. I would not believe anything that they tell you that happens here, from the tour to the sell of placing your loved one here, to the actual care given by staff, to the cleaning provided by this facility. The nutrition there is not suitable for consumption. Their belongings were lost constantly and never were returned. There was never enough staff on the floor or even around when needed. My grandma has now been at this facility for 2.5 years. She has thrived here and despite behavioral issues from her medical conditions, all staff, nurses, and administrators have been so patient. Above all, Cody, the business director, has been instrumental in helping me apply for Medicaid, advocating on my behalf, and connecting me to resources that helped me through the process. Everyone was wonderful!! Such a beautiful and nice place to visit my cousin!!
My dad, David Morgan entered memory care in April 2024. Started off ok, but as time passed, we started having concerns. First his clothing, bed linens and towels began disappearing. We were told to label his name on everything so when his laundry was done they would know who it belonged to. Funny we were told that each resident’s laundry would be done separate.
