My mother has lived here for years and we have been extremely pleased with the care and the compassion of the staff. I would highly recommend The Woodlands if you are seeking assisted living services. They do an excellent job!
This facility is a bait and switch type sales operation who is not able to handle alzheimer patients through the entire 7 stages of the disease. They will gladly cash you checks until they have to put out more effort. They refuse to hire enough staff. They take weeks to change food and medication. They never return calls or do what they say. BAD BAD BAD
This place is terrible. The staff is extremely rude, especially Sondra Marshall. They do not care about the food or helping out your relative. If I were you, I would stay the heck away from this place.
The Waterford has been my grandmother s home for 6 months now. Our family has been very happy with the support system that the staff provides our family. It is a safe, clean, caring environment where everyone seems to know her by name.
Sandra the director is horrible. She is rude to the family members and dismissive of the residents complaints/comments and suggestions. Plan on paying about 4,000 a month. The food is not edible, the cooks and kitchen staff are high school children and they frequently stage walkouts. Your lived ones deserve the best in their final years, but underneath the appearance is is nothing short of a nightmare.
