Absolutely the worst experience I ever had in an emergency room. Was there a total of 11 hours. Wheelchairs were horribly uncomfortable. When I finally got a room after requesting a bed....the bed was like a rock. After 9 hours, the doctor said she needed me to check in St. Luke's Vintage. My husband and family left to go home.....an hour later, the doctor decided I could go home. We lived an hour away and my husband had to drive back to pick me up. Never will I ever go back and will tell everyone I know about my experience.... read more

I recently had to visit St. Luke’s Emergency Room during a very difficult and emotional time, and I am so grateful for the care I received. Every single person I encountered was amazing, compassionate, patient, and kind. A special thank you to NP Jon, who made me feel truly seen, heard, and respected. In one of the hardest moments of my life, his kindness and professionalism made all the difference. I will never forget the way the entire ER team cared for me with such understanding.

They have done a decent job today. Sure it could be better and things could be cleaner in the Emergency room and surrounding areas but they have actually done a good job today tending to an emergency we had. Thank you team. I also saw them handle some difficult people in a very efficient manner today. So kudos for that as well.

I was given “blood work” which didn’t include a white blood cell count or given any scans to make sure it wasn’t my gallbladder that was causing the issues. Felt like the staff were making me out to be an liar about my condition or how bad it was. Was wheeled back in and out of the lobby 4+ times and was told to go home. I’m now in HCA hospi... read more

Never again! How is it you get taken to the back of the ER and there is only a chair in the room. Then your told you need to be admitted or wait for someone to get you for testing but you kicked back out to a the waiting room no matter your pain level or needs. 7 hours still waiting in a uncomfortable chair. 4 others attached to their IV’s that are empty and blood half way back up the line. Just wow. Can’t believe this is policy.
