The absolute worst service there is. 8 hours and still waiting. The doctor says you need to be admitted but all you get for hours is we're trying to get you a room. You're sitting in the waiting room unattended. You could be at home unattended. Freezing cold in this place. For what is being done I could be at home sleeping. SMH
Staff was super. Some equipment malfunctioned, but was soon fixed
This facility does not deserve even the single star required to leave this review. If you have any alternative for care, I strongly urge you to seek treatment elsewhere. We visited this hospital on April 3, 2026, around 11:00 AM. My wife, who is six weeks pregnant, was experiencing severe swelling in her hands, intense itching, and visible hives. I have been sitting in the lobby alone for 8 hrs with an empty iv in my arm and no one checking on me or communicating on the status of a room. I am tethered up. i am running fever. i can't walk very steadily. There is no one even to take you to the restroom after several hrs. But I very carefully got out of the wheel chair and pushed it there myself but it was a struggle to get it thru the br door. staff was buzzing by. no offer to help. this is horrible. Absolutely the worst experience I ever had in an emergency room. Was there a total of 11 hours. Wheelchairs were horribly uncomfortable. When I finally got a room after requesting a bed....the bed was like a rock. After 9 hours, the doctor said she needed me to check in St. Luke's Vintage. My husband and family left to go home.....an hour later, the doctor decided I could go home. We lived an hour away and my husband had to drive back to pick me up.
