Excellent service! I left a voicemail on Sunday afternoon as our garage door broke and was jammed and one of our cars was trapped. Justin responded via text quickly and let me know what fair pricing was for the repair we needed as we had an emergency place coming that day. We ended up going with the Woodlands Garage door and they fixed our door for a fraction of of the price quoted to us by another place and by the next morning. Thank you so much for your honesty, reliability, professionalism, and friendliness!
Spring broke. Contacted them through email for an appointment. Got a phone call to set an appointment promptly. They came out and fixed my spring. Super professional, great price. Lovely company.
What a pleasurable experience! My garage door wouldn't open or close. I thought a spring was broken or something. Called Woodlands Garage Door Service and they had a technician out that afternoon. My Technician, Raul, did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the problem. He explained to me that my garage door and tracks were old, which they are, but that he could repair my current door. Our old garage door opener needed significant fixes, so it was better to buy a new garage door (with windows) and a new opener set-up. Our technician told us all the options available, answered all our questions, and later installed the new door and garage door opener. He was extremely patient, courteous, and knowledgeable about the entire process. Great work, and we love our pretty, new garage door that lets in light without having to turn on the electrical lights.
