We had a really nice experience with The Woodlands Carpet & Rugs Care. The Woodlands Carpet & Rugs Care showed up on time. Very professional. Wore foot protectors. He even cleaned every drop of water that spilled on the floor. 😁 Its the little things that count. Our couch looks brand new again after using the steam cleaning. Smells fresh and amazing. I am absolutely shocked this company has 5 star reviews. I would never recommend this company! This is very long winded review but I feel it’s important to share my experience with them. I had my carpet and Rug cleaned last Friday by The Woodlands Carpet & Rugs Care and wanted to comment on a job well done. They are so good at the Steam Cleaning they do . I’m very impressed. I wish I could give The Woodlands Carpet & Rugs Care more than 5 stars!
With a high risk person living in my home - I wanted to take an extra step in keeping our home clean. The Woodlands Carpet & Rugs Care was not only willing to arrange a time around my schedule but was able to come early. They were professional and my carpet, area rug, upholster and stairs look amazing. Excellent value and outcome. I found them through a recommendation and I now know personally why they were recommended.
