Leaky faucet, no issue for him. Prompt, great communication and fixed without any issues. I love that he text me about my issue and roughly when he would be there and then received another text about the time he’s arrive.
The staff is great, but the corporate policies are screw the renter. The first sign of it was that they REQUIRE to pull your funds from checking monthly. No choice. The rent goes up a lot each lease (which may be everywhere), but after 5 years still the only choice for renting month to month costs $500 extra each month. But you can break the lease by paying an EXTRA month and a half. You have no choice if you are getting close to leaving but don't know the exact date. They have you by the balls, so to speak.
