I lived here 2.5 years. The only thing going for it are the garages and the maintenance man, John. The cabinetry is cheap, the carpeting is cheap, and there is a major ant problem which was disgusting. No matter how many times I complained about the ants, it was left to me to solve the problem. WARNING: this complex is notorious for finding reasons to blame tenants for normal wear and tear so they can fund all apartment improvements with the tenants money. Strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
This place is absolutely wonderful! The office staff and maintenance staff are the greatest! Thanks John!
