The builders are nincompoops. The parking lot is a disaster, since there's absolutely nowhere to park. And there's not even that many homes!!! They completely butchered the storm drain. Whenever the sky dribbles a few drops of rain, puddles quickly turn into lakes, even in areas where they repaved. They can't even get it right the second time!!! But worst of all, they raise the condo fees in secret. They don't give you an email, nor do they even give you a paper mail stating that there's an increase. No, they patiently wait ... read more
