My husband took my three year old daughter to hopefully get tested for food allergies. When I called and made the appointment, I explained that she has severe constipation and we wanted to get her tested for a food allergy or intolerance. What we didn’t know and weren’t told when calling was that Dr. Talbert won’t do anything unless you have at least two visible reactions to a food. They claim to have “the best allergist” but I might never know. Their system for setting appointments is terrible. I’ve called 4x over the last 6 weeks and have left msgs with no call back. I showed up to the place and was told I needed to send a referral, which I get that’s needed and agree. They asked to call and inform them when it was sent, which I did, but they answered once and I let them know it was sent. Terrible service and we have been patients for 3 years. The front desk is incompetent and do not care about your children’s problems. Do yourselves a favor and find another allergist.
Very kind staff members. Everyone at the office very attentive and patient. Dr. George’s good bedside manners, knowledge and attention to detail, helps the patient be more comfortable.
