I went to The Woodlands Mall for the opening of Carlos Bakery. It's a beautiful mall, so you would expect first class treatment. I was extremely wrong! The staff is extremely unorganized, I have never been to such event where no one communicates with each other. The security on duty had no idea what to do, they kept leading people in and out of the mall, they lost control of the crowd! They need to do better planning for events and nicer security guards
