ZERO STARS IF THAT HAD BEEN AN OPTION. Worst living experience of my life - substandard construction so noise travels from upstairs (bldg I); no insulation so crazy high heat bills; poorly designed heat system in living room means you’ll need a portable heater; someone decided to boost power in bathroom for hairdryers which means if you use microwave while portable heater is on you blow the circuit.
