I scheduled a birthday massage for 11 am and arrived excited for my first visit, only to discover the appointment had been canceled due to the therapist’s medical emergency. I only found out after I arrived and checked in. They did try to call 45 minutes in advance of my appointment, but I was already en route to the spa. This completely wasted my time on my birthday. My first experience with a professional massage. Congratulations Woodbouse spa in Summit you have just gained a life long customer. I will base my next visit off of Lindsey T’s work Schedual. If she’s not available, I’ll wait. I cannot wrap my head around the amenities that are available here. An Extraordinary experience.
Came in for a spa day, and I was not disappointed!! Michelle was absolutely incredible with her hands as my massage therapist. I’ve seen many people, and I can say, hands down, she gives the best scalp massage I have ever had, and the rest of the service matched that. And, I have heard of Chuck for years, but this was the first time experiencing the magic that is Chuck. My facial was absolutely incredible. I am walking out with an actual VISIBLE glow on my face! Would absolutely recommend both to anyone who asks!
