My wife and I paid for a 50 minute massage (6:00PM - 6:50PM). They didn’t come get us from the relaxation room until 6:05 and then massage didn’t start until 6:15 after therapist showing me add ons/leaving the room for me to get ready. She finished the massage at 6:50 on the dot. Given how expensive the massages are we definitely got fleeced. The massage was fine though.
