My mother has been trying to get an appointment at this facility for April and has been contacting them on a regular basis for almost a month. Each time she called she was told the schedule for April was not yet up and she would have to call back. She repeated this process for several weeks. Stephanie, we sincerely apologize for your experience as we care about our guests and try to create a positive experience even when we are unable to accommodate for a specific day, but here at the Woodhouse Saturdays do book very fast as they are the most popular day. We only have our schedule up about a month in advance and had only put out the first week of April (March 30th-April 4th). Therapist was fabulous & professional.
I treated my husband to a duet massage for his birthday. We both enjoyed it so much. They made us feel so relaxed. The staff was so nice. We will definitely be back.
