I booked a massage and facial on September 21st for a specific date (October 3rd @11) to have while visiting family in Lubbock. I even followed up via email and gave my credit card # to have on file. They lost my appointment saying they had no record of me booking and said they didn’t receive my email.

We called wishing for a last minute appointment and they easily accommodated us. The location is absolutely beautiful! The masseuse asked questions to suit our body areas such as my husbands shoulders. They also checked to ensure the warmth of the bed was a suitable temperature for us. The ultimate goal was relaxation and we received exactly that! We are both very satisfied and highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
