I had an amazing experience. The spa employees were friendly, attentive and made me feel like a queen. Loved it!
The answering service is very unprofessional and you waot hours just to see if they can make an appointment. If anyone wants a refund for services never rendered forget it. And if you get a gift certificate for someone else they will still ask you for thier credit card even if gratuity was included...ripoffs. Overpriced. Fancy building.

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Kiara. However everyone on the staff failed to notify me that the showers were out of order. All of them. Funny because they managed to call and reschedule my appointment from 12pm to 1:30 due to a massage therapist calling off sick, but neglected to mention the plumbing problem. An employee in the locker room told me there was sludge backing up into the showers when they were turned on. I voiced my complaint to the front desk when I was checking out. Was the best spa I ever went too!!! Enjoyed a couples massage, Mani and pedi. The staff was nice and very helpful! I will definitely be back! Also a great gift idea👍🏼
