RecommendedMy mother and I went to Woodhouse on 7/25/2020 and recieved phenomenal service. We were welcomed with a warm smile and then led back to a two person waiting area. We were offered mimosas, champagne, or water. We had small talk and listened to the soothing music, while having drinks. Melissa, my masseuse, came to greet my mom and myself right on time for our service. We were then led back to a dim two-person room and given a moment to undress to our comfort level. They were having AC work done literally in the next room when I was getting my treatment. My poor therapist was frustrated and it made my experience so NOT relaxing. So disappointed in management’s decision not to reschedule appointments around this extremely noisy work being done. Nothing was done even after my therapist went out of the room To complain. I have had multiple treatments done here but will never be back. The thoughtlessness of the management/service team was astounding! I will never go back!
RecommendedBeen going here a while now, and finally got to back after the lock down. My usual person no longer works here but I got David this time and it was literally one of the best massages I’ve had. They are keeping everything very clean and sanitized yet still very comfortable and relaxing. Of course, I’ll be back.
