I was led to my locker, but person didn’t tell me where the tranquility room was. I had to ask staff in hallway where it was. And there’s a lot of talking in the “tranquility “ room. No one came to ask if I wanted a drink. I ended up calling the front desk. My facial was very nice. But the peaceful piece I was looking forward to, (the tranquility room), was disappointing
