My wife and I ventured into The Wood Shed to look at getting a mantle for our fireplace. Danny and the team walked us through all the options and helped us design a perfect custom mantle, from the wood, size, and finish. During the build process, the communication was amazing as they provided regular updates with pictures on the progress. The end result looks great in our new space. Would definitely recommend!

Have purchased several slabs from here, gotten them flattened, and they have all been superb quality. Everyone of their employees will drop anything they are doing to help you and answer any questions you may have. Very highly recommend this business to any woodworking enthusiasts. Not only the knowledge and tips that they share are great, but their attitude and kindness make this place the best. Can't wait to go back and start another project.
I wish I had discovered this place much sooner. I hate that I can’t remember the name of the young guy who helped me, but he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from the moment I walked in. He let me browse the entire inventory at my own pace and even allowed me to handpick my own lumber—which was awesome.
