Got the taster pack mix - our choices were Olivia & Lex. And we're sticking with Lex. 5 out of 5. Complex and yummy. Hardly buy coffee at cafes anymore. Highly recommended

As I continue experimenting with different coffee beans, I am now trying offerings from The Wood Roaster. This one is Caffe Classico. It is certainly a nice dark roast and as I get to know the "right" settings for it on my relatively new espresso machine (grind setting, pre-infusion on/off, extraction time, etc.), I am finding it is a very nice blend, quite sweet, yet with a strong yet not overpowering flavor. Overall a nice "addition" to my experimenting with different bean types.
Delicious coffee. I purchase as whole beans. My equipment- Mazzer mini and Rocket Appartamento. I enjoy the Lex and Go Nuts. The packaging is great and has a premium feel to it that highlights the business cares for what they deliver and produce. Lex has that delicious more modern style coffee which I enjoy, lighter roast which has a fruity feel. Not as choconutty. Smooth and easy to drink as a black or white.
