I have contacted them via Zillow and their website and after a couple weeks still no response.
I really enjoyed living at Parkside on Pearl. Maintenance is top of the line and nothing ever goes unattended to. The leasing office is always responsive and helpful with any request. The community itself is always friendly and the location is exceptional. Thanks again !
Coming up on a year at the Diplomat and have to shout out the exemplary management of the property! Great experience finding the right fit and easy leasing process. Clean and comfortable common areas. Maintenance requests are simple with fast and friendly fixes. Kathy and the whole team really care about having the best buildings in the Short North and the happiest residents. Count me as one!

John wood was our point of contact for the majority of our questions and general touch points and was always immediately responsive and helpful with any questions or issues we brought his way.
