I have rented here two separate times and have been nothing short of pleased. While every building has its issues the staff at the Wood Companies goes above and beyond in taking care of their tenants even when its not in their job description. I always feel like this place is home and the staff is glad to see me.
The Wood Companies buildings are well designed and maintained. Their maintenance team is responsive and timely. The kitchens are top of class and a true luxury for an apartment.
The best renting experience in Columbus! I’ve been with the wood companies for 5+ years, and I can’t say enough great things from the leasing office, maintenance, and properties! They go above and beyond for their tenants!

John Wood & The Wood Companies staff made my renting experience exceptional—one of the best as a landlord. He made moving in a breeze by reserving parking spots near the back door for multiple days to unload. I’ve never had a landlord be so responsive and accommodating. The rental unit was very nice inside with all new, updated appliances. The location is phenomenal. Highly recommend!
