Wonderful place! I took "Celebrate Your Shimmy" with Miss Elle. My girlfriend and I decided to try something new and this clsss didn't disappoint. There are a lot of moves to belly dancing that I didn't realize. Miss Elle was very knowledgeable in the history and took time for us to learn the steps. WoW! It was a workout that included middle eastern music, arm and dance steps, and lots of laughter. A great class! I'm looking forward to next month's class.
Such an amazing and friendly atmosphere! All of my anxiety was taken away when I walked in. When I left it felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. Great energy! Can't wait to do yoga on Saturday!!! �
I enjoy the store,but lately don't have as much in it as the did when I first started going in there... I was just there this past Saturday I keep trying to see what's new...
This is the most comfortable place to be! Very welcoming and peaceful. Delicious teas, great yoga classes, wonderful products, lots of love.
