I am hoping to be able to change this review. I saw reviews stating desk staff is rude and unhelpful but I disregarded those as I like to make judgements for myself. I’ve called multiple times, no answer, left voicemails no call back. I cannot get even 1 person to speak to me. I was referred here by another therapist due to our son’s age. If they don’t want to assist us that’s fine but if I could just get a call back saying we don’t care and don’t want to help you even that would be appreciated. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo, nada profesionales le asen un mal rector a tu niño inventan cosas que solo existe en su mente y al final sin hablar contigo te mandan al SPS. En mi caso el caso fue serrado por el SPS ya que los morbosos son WonderLab y el trabajador social me recomendó que no sugiera más en esa compañía ya que pudieron hablar conmigo antes de aser un reporte, yo soy una mamá ejemplar y de ninguna manera permitiré que me difamen ni que pongan en duda mi integridad y la de mi familia están hablando de un niño... read more
When I first called to get my son on the waitlist they couldn’t give me an estimated waitlist time that was 4/5 months ago. I have been calling for updates and all they can say is nope still on waitlist. Today I called and Daisy gave me conflicting information on when they supposedly received his referral and went on to state that the waitlist would still be 6 months out. I love WonderLab for my son! He does OT and when he was referred for speech therapy, I knew wonderlab would be where to go for those services too! The facility is tidy and well maintained and the front desk is so friendly!
