I have been to the Camillus and Syracuse locations. I see Dr. Dalpe. She asks questions and listens to my concerns. I make sure before leaving that my concerns are addressed. There was an issue with some patient questions being filled out for me, which I have yet to fully resolve. (Update: this has been resolved). Overall I feel content here. Thank you!
Dr.Quinn is the absolute best! She is so personable and kind.

Terrible. Just terrible. From the receptionists to the doctors. They are rude, unprofessional, not helpful and give a bad name to the healthcare industry. I tried to make an appointment to discuss concerns I had with getting pregnant and was told I could not get an appointment unless I had a positive pregnancy test. I was finally able to get in and was made to feel like a complete fool for having questions and concerns about my own body. I was brought to tears and left in the middle of my appointment. There is absolutely no sense of urgency, no empathy, no kindness or bed side manor at this office, whatsoever. You call and are always on a 10+ minute hold where you are then spoken “at” by rude receptionist. The office itself is not clean, modern or organized. The waiting room has 3 chairs in it, so don’t expect to be able to bring anyone. I left an urgent message for my doctor, it’s been 3 days and I still haven’t had a call back. *beware*
