Very kind staff! This place has up to date imaging equipment, and is kept very clean and sanitary.
I had the best experience getting a mammogram here with LeAnna. She was incredibly professional and walked me through the entire process. She even let me see the images so I knew exactly what was going on with my body.
I have had approximately 40 mammograms in my lifetime. I have never had one so painful as by Melanie! I was almost in tears. I said “you’re really hurting me”! She looked at me and gave each side another turn and squeeze. I was sore for 2 days! I will not come back if Leanna or someone else is not there. Melanie needs to be re-trained.
LADIES, DON'T GO HERE. Speaking as an RN, MONICA was the roughest mammogram tech that I've had in my 65 yrs. I not only have a blood blister underneath my breast from MONICA pressing the plate down so hard, half of my breast fell off the table & didn't get visualized. I had to go to Kirklin Clinic & receive treatment for verified breast tissue damage. This incident cost me co-pays & many trips to Kirklin Clinic @ UAB. Thank you to Monica and Crystal for a great experience today! It was my first time getting mammogram and ultrasound and they were wonderful!! They got me in and out so fast and are great at their job! Also made me feel so comfortable. Thanks girls!!
