How do you work at a women's health and not know that most insurance companies offer annual cancer screenings without referral. Also they cancelled our appointment with 2 hours of notice and rescheduled to following Thursday May 7. Then got frustrated with them and magically the next available opening for a new patient screening is July.
I recently received exceptional care from Dr. Mackenzie Dikeman, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the experience. She was caring, professional, and incredibly understanding throughout the entire process. Additionally, the staff—including the nurses and lab team—were exceptionally kind and highly professional. Their support made a meaningful difference in my overall experience. Thank you for the excellent care and dedication to your patients.

Really debated on posting this as for the doctor was amazing but very poor communication. Anytime I tried to call to get ahold of someone I would get sent straight to voicemail. Their main way of communicating is through text. While they are quick to respond, heaven for bid someone has an emergency how are they supposed to get ahold of someone quickly? DO NOT GO HERE I had an appointment today at 10:20am, I was early and waited 20 mins in lobby. I was then called up again and asked about my insurance card. I was not told I needed it and thought it was already in system so I didn't think to bring it. The receptionist said I could declare self pay and upload card when I got home. I waited longer and was brought back. The nurse had me undress and wait.
