Love Dr Tracy , the office runs on time and everybody is nice.. especially happy that they are sensitive to cost of drugs . Highly recommend ! Parking is a challenge but not impossible. They also have valet …..
My appointment was at 10:30 and I was asked to get there at 10 to fill out paperwork. I got in the parking lot at 10 and drove around for 20 minutes trying to find parking. I called their front desk and after being on hold for 5 minutes, I told them of my lack of parking problem and she said that valet was available for free. Doris, One of the girls at the front was extremely rude. She wasn’t even helping me get checked in but overheard my conversation with the girl who was helping me and Doris took it upon herself to shout my personal information while another patient that she was helping was standing infront of her.
