I just had an IUD replacement procedure done by Michelle T (N.P.) and everything went really smoothly. She made sure to talk me through everything that was happening and everything she was doing. I was in and out of the office within an hour.
UPDATE: A week from my review now i need their services for OB and now theyre not taking in new OBGYN patients. She did say it was because they only have 1 Doctor. & referred me to Dr. Lena. Too much chaos going on for women who need stable care. (12.05.2025) (11.28.2025) My only complaint is front office said this clinic was OBGYN related only but on their website it clearly states they do other services i wanted to come in for hormone testing (labs) PMS symptoms but that statement made me cancel my appointment. if i end up... read more
Dr Elizabeth Tracy and her staff are very attentive and caring. I’ve been a patient for over ten years and they have always taken such great care of me. In fact, they caught my breast cancer in a mammogram and now I’ve been in remission over 4years thanks to them for helping to catch it early!
I went for a women's wellness exam. Angie and Vanessa were super kind and explained patiently to me. They had good availability and the appointment took only a few days after I scheduled. The facilities were nice and clean. Maybe a personal choice but I felt it was not a good place to have so many aesthethic procedures marketing (Shouldn't it be a place to be more body positive?)
The receptionist was probably one of the nastiest people I have ever spoken to. Instead of calmly explaining the insurance I had wasn't accepted at their clinic, she rudely remarked (practically yelled over the phone) that they don't. I understand that it may have been a reoccurring thing they had to deal with, but that isn't an excuse to be nasty about it. Also, the lady who took us back to do my ultrasound seemed really uninterested and passive. Didn't help that this was my first pregnancy and she was just blasé about it. ... read more
