Terrible! The wait in the waiting room is AT LEAST an hour. Every time! They have no time management and must over book. Then the nurse practitioner spends less than 5 minutes with you. You wait all that time for nothing. Forget calling them if you have a question. It's all machines. When I found out I was pregnant I knew I needed somewhere better. Do not go to this practice. They are dangerously over booked and have too many patients to give any one patient proper care. Test results and phone messages go unanswered. You can't speak to anyone on the phone. Wait times are in excess of two hours. The staff is rude and unhelpful. A doctor will never speak with you unless you are at an appointment and, even then, you only have about 5 minutes before the doctor runs out of the door. They are going to malpractice themselves. Dr Dersham is horrible she told me I should have stayed home and had my miscarriage then go to the ER. Also I had to get an Ultrasound after my miscarriage and I had to wait three days till I finally keeped calling to find out if everything passed and I was ok. The night I went to the Er The doctor in the ER told me DR. Dersham didn't feel like coming to the hospital to check me. So the dr in the er did. The Doctors at the womens group are there for money and not for caring. The make you wait for hours in the waiting room before you go back to see them then you wait again. And the staff there is so rude.
The waiting is horrible for anything just to see a doctor or to talk to someone on the phone. I hated the Dr I saw Martienz she was so rude with the way she talked to me. And I asked if I have a question could I call and talk to her she said yes. Well I called and I guess the Dr can't take a minute out of her busy day to talk to me cause the girl said she is in taking patients can you call another time. They are to busy to care!!!!!!!!!!!
They called my house when I was 19 and told my mother (which violates the hippo first of all) that I was pregnant and that my first pre natal exam was the following week. I was not pregnant (but extremely furious). They had gotten my chart mixed up with some poor pregnant lady's chart, who probably never got an appointment. I have been a patient to this office for about 2 years and I just refuse to ever go back, I have no idea who my doctor is because I have only been able to see nurses the docs are always booked for months. That issue I can deal with, but what I can not deal with is the rude receptionists and MA's who could care less about your issues. Never try to call there to speak with someone because it's impossible to get a live person or even get a return phone call. i went to this location yesterday 11/13/07. it was the worst experience EVER. just moved to the south jersey area, went here thinking it would be a pleasant experience sine the MD's are so "qualified" but couldn't be more wrong. They kept me in the waiting room for more than a hour, and to make matters worst the Doc. Pamela Kopelove(do not see her) she was so rude, and so arrogent in personality.
