Great care for my first pregnancy and currently seeing her for the second. Her office staff are also friendly and helpful.
Dr. Elcy John, is amazing, her bedside manner, and attention to detail makes you leave her office confident that you have received the best care possible. I can’t recommend Dr. Elcy John enough, her staff is very professional and one very good thing about this office, they work hard to get patients in to be seen in a timely manner, from same day appointments, to next day. I have been seeing DR John for years now and she is great. They have a great office staff and are always helpful. The office helped me with an issue that I had with my insurance and did a great job helping me get the issue resolved. If you are looking for a great Dr and staff that will be there for you, this is the place.
Called before Memorial Day got hung up in my face twice by front office staff , my teen has been needing her birth control changed over a month now they did not prioritize her needs and acted blahzaeh blahzaeh about it nothing about life altering preventative should be dealt with this much carelessness , still waiting on word from dr elcy if it could be called in switching from shot to pill and it’s been a nightmare process prioritizing the prevention of unwanted pregnancy u think would be ideal in Texas a no abortion state.... read more
