We waited 2 hours on the line, asked for a call back and when we received the phone call, the phone is disconnected in less than 3 seconds. It feels more like they’re trying to prove that they are trying to return customer calls without actually taking the time to call them. It lacks integrity, and I strongly encourage a review in the process.
Forced into something I didn't want to do as a kid and now I have to live with the regret for the rest of my life. Staff were horribly rude and rushed me into this horrible act when I clearly was having a panic attack and didn't want to do it. I pray this closes down. Thank God I have 3 beautiful children now.
