I came here to get a procedure done. The wait times were long, yes. But the admin staff were lovely, I was very worried about said procedure, they offered me a refund if I changed my mind & were very sympathetic.
Womens health hub each time have been here have been rushed out (by a nutrition specialist) who didnt even help me. Had an hour appt that lasted 20 minutes, unbelievable. Didn't provide any idea of how much I needed to eat. Very unhelpful. They also provide no help at reception, they know nothing. Couldn't answer even simple questions. Horrible. And you call yourselves womens specialists... Shame on you! It's already hard enough for women to get medical attention.
