Horrible experience. They canceled 4 of our appointments due to scheduling conflicts. Incredibly unprofessional, I’ve never gone through something like this at any healthcare facility. What makes their scheduling mistakes even worse is that they wait until the VERY last minute to call and communicate with the patients and then try to reschedule for the next week. We had to go through this process for a full month, before finally switching to a different clinic. 0 out of 10 definitely would not recommend
