The. Best. So genuinely one of the only providers I have ever encountered that listens, cares, and ensures you are aware she is doing both. The front desk is always friendly and prompt and verify all insurance things. They are communicative, they are kind, they are helpful and knowledgeable. I will forever be grateful for finding them and will recommend them a million times over.
UPDATE: had originally given this provider 5 stars but after a year, have dramatically reduced my rating for the following reason. I am having a series of necessary surgeries that require a pre-op physical, some blood tests, and an EKG done by my primary care provider within 30 days of surgery. 5 business days before I was to have my appointment with Jessica I received an email telling me I was dismissed from her clinic due to needing too many referrals to specialists. Since the details were sparse, my daughter sent a polite email to the provided address asking for clarification. The response from Jessica Kirkwood, ARNP, was shockingly unprofessional.
