I would have been a new patient here but I had to QUICKLY switch gears! Kelsey is so rude and cuts you off when you’re talking. She asks questions and doesn’t give you time to fully answer her questions. Shes a very poor representation of the company and they won’t be getting my money!
Well I thought you were listening but right now I am not so sure. You just called to tell me my test results were normal and the medicine I started taking AFTER I STARTED HAVING ISSUES was to blame and offered to put me back on oral birth control when the reason you insisted I come off them is I have a heart condition. Only reason you get 2 stars instead of 1 is because I have an appointment Thursday to discuss options. But I'm not happy with the "nothing's wrong" attitude. Olivia is very rude at the front desk & she will schedule you a month out even if they have availability next week doesn’t like doing her job if you have to make an appointment In Stockbridge ask for someone else besides Olivia
Horrible experience. Left with more questions than answers. Horrible experience from front office staff to doctor. Told that I couldn't schedule an annual and ultrasound on same day because of doctor preference. It is true black women are treated vastly different. I wish I could give no star.
