I actually went to the location downtown Orlando Office and saw Zipoli, Kaitlyn, this was my first visit and I can actually say I had a great experience, I have not had a doc that actually spoke to me like they were concerned and Kaitlyn made me feel as though she cared. I recommend her to anyone. Im not sure why reviews are the way they are but of course everyone can have different experiences, but mine was great. Thanks Kaitlyn

I called the Women’s Center office early in the morning and spoke to a wonderful telephone counselor. She was patient in answering my questions regarding the same day abortion pill procedure and I made an appointment for the afternoon. I was 11 weeks pregnant by sonogram though I thought I was only 7 weeks along. The staff assured and completed in 24 hours or less. I looked at all of the abortion facilities in the area to have my early abortion performed. I did not want to have surgery so I wanted to have the abortion pill procedure. The only place that offered the one day pill procedure was the Women’s Center on Lucerne Terrace. Other places I called said it may take 2 weeks or longer for the process to be completed. I found out the day I emailed the medical consultant at the Women’s Center that I was 23 weeks pregnant. I knew had little to no time to terminate the pregnancy after speaking to several abortion facilities in a three state area. None of them were willing to see me within the time criteria that I had and the fact that I needed the abortion process done before I was 24 weeks except for one. I just wanted to leave a comment regarding the exceptional experience that I had at the Women’s Center on Lucerne Terrace. I emailed the Doctor regarding several questions who responded immediately and answered my questions. He made a VIP appointment for me where patients are in and out of the office in 90 minutes or less. That is exactly what happened when I went into the office.
