I’ve been having my period for 4 months.
Supposedly they wont allow your OWN CHILD or family to translate for you, my wife’s sisster dosent speak proper english and the whole time she has been going to her appointments for a personal reason the “interpreter “ they assign her has been translating everything wrong and got her prescribed medication that she dosent need and not for her reason of going to see the doctor. and then we made a appointment and i sent my wife who is fluent in both languages with her to help her and talk to the doctor for her sisster they were... read more
I really appreciate them offering pain management for invasive procedures but getting in for appointments (even telemed) or getting refills for meds is really challenging. They get 72 business hours for your provider to handle your refill request and then you have to wait even longer for the pharmacy. If you’re doing something like clomid cycles it can feel pretty impossible to get in time to do consecutive cycles. I put a refill request in on Wednesday and still haven’t gotten it approved on Monday evening. I’m out of meds ... read more
I love this doctors office they are always so kind and always on top of everything
I’ve yet to make an appointment here as I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours. The first time I called the receptionist said, “you need to hold I’m with a patient!” I was instantly put on hold, no hello, no nothing. They had no idea why I was calling. After 1 hour 32 minutes I was hung up on. So I called back. I am currently still waiting on hold and it’s been 49 minutes. Again, they have no idea if I am a patient or why I am calling.
