I really appreciate them offering pain management for invasive procedures but getting in for appointments (even telemed) or getting refills for meds is really challenging. They get 72 business hours for your provider to handle your refill request and then you have to wait even longer for the pharmacy. If you’re doing something like clomid cycles it can feel pretty impossible to get in time to do consecutive cycles. I love this doctors office they are always so kind and always on top of everything
I’ve yet to make an appointment here as I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours. The first time I called the receptionist said, “you need to hold I’m with a patient!” I was instantly put on hold, no hello, no nothing. They had no idea why I was calling. After 1 hour 32 minutes I was hung up on. So I called back. I am currently still waiting on hold and it’s been 49 minutes. Again, they have no idea if I am a patient or why I am calling. If you enjoy harassing the office to get anything done, this is perfect for you. Except; apparently you still can’t get anything done. I came to this location for a confirmation of pregnancy (this was my first pregnancy) as they could see me the soonest. When I went, they told me I was 7 weeks pregnant after I peed in a cup. However I never got orders for bloodwork to see my HCG levels, and I assumed it was normal. Was told to schedule an ultrasound in 2 weeks for dating. The providers have been great but dealing with the office staff has been a nightmare. From trying to schedule an appointment, getting disability paperwork signed, even trying to speak with the actual office instead of a call center has been impossible. I will not be back after this experience.
