Updating this review from 1 star to 4 stars after my initial bad experience. I received a call the following day by the manager, Tina, and she was able to book me in for that Friday with Dr Higgins. Everyone I encountered apologized for my initial experience with the scheduling mishap and Dr Higgins was wonderful in discussing my health and care options in detail. - I’ve been debating on writing this review because I don’t love leaving bad reviews but my recent experience here was incredibly frustrating. Today was my last day here as a patient after 18 years!! The service and providers here use to actually care about people and their well being now they call you an hour late for appointments, the communication is HORRIBLE!! Then they rush you out of your appointments even if you have important questions I can't believe how horrible this doctors office is now but I do not recommend anyone goes there !! I’ve been having my period for 4 months.
Supposedly they wont allow your OWN CHILD or family to translate for you, my wife’s sisster dosent speak proper english and the whole time she has been going to her appointments for a personal reason the “interpreter “ they assign her has been translating everything wrong and got her prescribed medication that she dosent need and not for her reason of going to see the doctor. and then we made a appointment and i sent my wife who is fluent in both languages with her to help her and talk to the doctor for her sisster they were... read more
