I had a Mohs surgery scheduled but appointment was canceled because incompetent billing person convinced the management that Dr and location were not in my network, which was untrue. This billing person was belligerent insisting that she had spoken to my insurance who said not in network because was an outpatient facility. Mount Sinia has the best doctors I have ever encountered! Across the board really great health care! So why the one star? The Kafkaesque nightmare perpetrated by MS Billing Dept. They set up a plan in which my CC was auto charged each month. But then sent me to collections anyway! Highly recommend Dr. Rosen- a compassionate doctor who puts her patients’ mind at ease.
They don’t answer the calls because they don’t want to. They accidentally answer my calls and I was able to hear how the laugh and talk about things that are not important and when they realized they accidentally answered the call they just send me call to the voicemail again.
