Really weird, my first time pregnant girlfriend was trying to make an appointment with this facility and was told she needed to submit her records from the hospital for a “medical director” to review. They gave her a hard time even providing her the portal to upload the records. Days later she gets a call saying they won’t see her? We wanted to pay out of pocket up front and they denied her with absolutely no reason.

I have been a patient at the Women’s Center of Orlando since 2017, and Dr. Forde-Kelly delivered my first child. I’ve always trusted this practice with my care, but my most recent experience was very disappointing. After a job change, I had a short lapse in insurance. I explained that I would be self-pay until COBRA became active and later provided proof that my coverage was retroactive. Despite this, Edward, the billing manager, informed me I was being dropped as a patient because I did not have active insurance on file. He... read more

Many members of my family and I have been a patients here since 2012 or before. I was 18 when I started attending. I recently had my first baby and they were my provider the whole time. As much as I love my Dr., I am sad to say I will no longer be a patient here. I sent the below email, per the manager’s request, and never received a response: “Hello, I spoke with Edward on the phone and he gave me this email so I could voice some concerns I have with my OBA, specifically labor & delivery. He said this email address is monit... read more

They missed a huge diagnosis on my baby. I should have been put on bed rest but instead I was traveling and went into preterm labor. My baby could have not made it thanks to this place. They even tried to refuse to give the hospital my medical records even after i signed the consent. When it was finally accepted, they made me wait until Monday because they wouldn't call the person in to fax it over. If I'm literally in labor and having to make phone calls, there's an issue. When I got on the phone with them, the receptionist... read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOURE PREGNANT. Terrible patient service. I wasn’t confirmed pregnant by another OBG, all they saw was a sack. I wanted to start coming here as they have always been my GYN care. I explained that I hadn’t been confirmed yet and they booked me an appointment. I show up to the appointment today to see if I have a baby in there yet. They tell me AT THE APPOINTMENT they won’t be seeing be because I had outside care and a committee needs to approve me beforehand. I had this appointment booked for WEEKS. I wa... read more
