They missed a huge diagnosis on my baby. I should have been put on bed rest but instead I was traveling and went into preterm labor. My baby could have not made it thanks to this place. They even tried to refuse to give the hospital my medical records even after i signed the consent. When it was finally accepted, they made me wait until Monday because they wouldn't call the person in to fax it over. If I'm literally in labor and having to make phone calls, there's an issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOURE PREGNANT. Terrible patient service. I wasn’t confirmed pregnant by another OBG, all they saw was a sack. I wanted to start coming here as they have always been my GYN care. I explained that I hadn’t been confirmed yet and they booked me an appointment. I show up to the appointment today to see if I have a baby in there yet. Sé que no todo el mundo pasa por la misma experiencia pero que mal servicio. Pésimo en realidad. La negligencia del personal es malísima no lleves a tu mujer a este lugar!
Terrible place and lack of care to patients. Bad with simple communication. They love insurances! Clear this is a cash cow and they don’t care enough about patients. Just go elsewhere.
