Canceled my appt same day? They said I booked my appt with the nurse practitioner - when I booked it for the doctor on a phone call with a girl scheduling. I show up for my first appointment and they can’t find me on the schedule and they can’t fit me in because apparently “the doctor is leaving for surgery today. ” I won’t be going back even though it’s incredibly convenient for me to go to close after this experience. Dr. Guerrero is excellent at her job and makes you feel confident with all her explanations. I recommend her 100%. The entire staff is extremely friendly.
