Don't bother coming here. The billing department is atrocious. They are saying I have a balance owing from 3 years ago that my insurance has continuously denied. I thought this was resolved in 2023 when I filed a complaint with my insurance's health advocate because clearly the EOB stated that they could not bill me (the patient) for it. Nope, today, they send me a balance due on the account for that same 2022 visit that my insurance continuously denied and said I was not responsible for!!! Horrible staff and very rude. I came with my wife for a procedure with my very well behaved 8 year old. We were asked to leave and couldn't even sit in the waiting room. The stares the staff gave us was very unprofessional. We will look for another provider! Ironic that this place is for pregnant women but kids are not welcome after they are born. Do better! I would have gave zero stars if I could have.
Never going back here. I scheduled an appointment and in the appointment notes I clearly stated that I needed an ultrasound, since I had recently been in the ER. They sent me a Confirmation message, which for me meant that they reviewed my notes and agree to perform the ultrasound. When I arrived , everything went wrong from the start. 1.
