Rejected for an appointment because my newborn was with me. They'll see you through maternity care but your baby is not welcome in office. Always plan to spend over 2 hours there, the wait is ridiculous. Only went for convenience because they have several locations but one to one OBGYN care is worth it even if you drive a distance to get it. Plus you get the on call doctor when in labor who you may have never met!
The lady answer the phone after 5 minutes waiting and hung off the phone after I said I have Aetna from Marketplace. Why? She could simple says they don't accepted it. It's very rude and discrimination here. So sad.

You’ll wait over an hour of when your appointment was supposed to be, just for results. Employees look lost and completely disorganized. Nurse practitioner regurgitates basic info you can find readily available on google. Yet, simultaneously is not aware of what ICSI (which is a familiar medical fertility treatment) is. Incredibly disappointing and a waste of time. The Women’s Center franchise has gone down, even in Saint Cloud location. Just money hungry, and incompetent.
