Everyone who works here is very kind and friendly, everything is discussed thoroughly and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time.
Dr Grace Sarvotham is an awesome person and doctor. I will continue to go to her as long as she is practicing, which I hope is for a long time. And her staff is always so friendly I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
Dr. Sarvotham and the staff at the Women's Center are very friendly and caring. Not a long wait in the waiting room. She has been carrying for me and my daughter for over 12 years. And has delivered 2 of my grandchildren.
I only came here for APRN Liburd—she’s a fantastic provider: thorough, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the administrative side of this facility is where everything falls apart. But honestly, what else is new in Orlando? Despite having my insurance company reach out twice over the past 30 days, this office failed to verify my benefits correctly. Voicemails were ignored, and no one followed up, leaving the burden on me as the patient. I refuse to pay an upfront fee just to spend the next three months ch... read more
Communication with patients is lax. A week will go by and still no response to a message. I had a mammogram 5 months ago and was told it was clear, only to get a call yesterday saying I had an appointment for a breast ultrasound due to the results??!! WHAT!!! After calling and messaging for 24 hours, no one has responded. The care here used to be exceptional. Now you are just another number to them, and things are being missed. A review of practices need to be put into place, because this is not acceptable.
